An Introduction to Motivation
Motivation in a workplace can be a very critical aspect that has a direct role to play in the performance and efficiency of a company. The companies which do not pay attention to employee motivation can be at a very disadvantageous situation. In order to meet the goals of the company, people should be driven to work. If proper motivation is lacking, companies will be in a precarious position.
Employees who are motivated are known to provide higher output levels and increase productivity.
