This type of educational game uses interesting things like success badges, leader boards, points system, progression levels and expeditions to keep the employees glued to the learning process. The interesting elements that are integrated in the games assist the learner in reaching his goals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The e-learning process integrates online\u00a0games to teach a specific skill. It is also used to achieve a learning goal. The fun and engaging method gives the learners\u00a0an opportunity to acquire new information and skills necessary for the career development.
